TERMS & CONDITIONS

A membership to LAB Aesthetics requires a six-month commitment.  After six months, a 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.  No refunds will be issued after monthly membership due has been charged or paid in full.  Monthly memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.  All payments are non-refundable.  LAB Aesthetics reserves the right to change clinic policies, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.  All included services are rendered in-office and an appointment is required.  Services must be used in the month in which they are earned or they will be forfeited.  Upgrades may be added at the time of service for an additional fee.  Member discounts are not compatible with other promotional discounts.   Memberships may be frozen for up to three months.  Written request is required.   When a membership is frozen, the member is not authorized to use his/her membership services or benefits during the freeze period.
